Not according to Ted Cruz. Time will tell. We’ll have to wait and see what specific issue he chooses to use to shutdown the government again. He has pretty much said he thinks it’s worth repeating. Of course, if he makes the decision, he’ll inform the GOPTPers in the House, and they’ll do as he tells them to do.
