I’m looking forward to the plot device that turned Barry Allen into the Flash (and will presumably be responsible for at least some of the Rogues Gallery) allowing for more straight-up superpowers in Arrow.

If they hadn’t already done Count Vertigo (badly, IMO) in season 1, he’d be at the top of my list.
