Believing kids should be vaccinated isn’t the issue; the issue is whether you will allow people who don’t believe their kids should be vaccinated because of pseudoscientific bullshit or bizarre religious or philosophical beliefs to choose not to vaccinate, endangering the lives of others because of the crumbling of herd immunity. Christie and Paul are both on the wrong side of that issue, and their walk-backs didn’t address vaccine mandates at all.
