I’ll start off by saying that the ending bothered me at first, plot-wise. Great. Afterlife. But then I realized that it fit in perfectly with the theme they’ve developed over the years of letting go of your baggage. Most characters over the years able to do so have led happy lives. Bernard and Rose, Sawyer when he was stuck in the 70’s, even John until he became obsessed with the hatch way back when.
