This is actually a Swedish test of the BILL (“pick” as in icepick) anti-tank missile Llisten to the narrator in the first shot, “results of a hit with a BILL missile are spectacular.”
Sweden had a large number of Centurion tanks and used many of them as targets after they were retired.
