Very troubling. Giving away copies of the deeply unreadable “Atlas Shrugged” is harmless enough. But the academic integrity of this countries universities should be sacrosanct, for more than the obviou reasons. Higher education is a major “export” of the US, attracting students, researchers and money from around the world. If there is a perception that universities have been bought and sold, these minds and dollars will go elsewhere.
