Who in the hell needs $145 m for any job? What occupation justifies THAT much money? I don’t understand it.

And let me state for the record that I don’t mind if the execs want to pay themselves a shitload of money, BUT if that comes at the expense of the workers, I have a problem.

As someone who has been under a wage freeze for sometime and seen his health care and other benefits scaled back (and the costs of those benefits rise), I don’t exactly applaud this news.

How exactly does it benefit any company to give an exec a few extra million instead of using that money where it is more urgently needed?
