I’ve been in favor of legalization for a very long time. Suddenly, I’m not so enthusiastic about it. Whats Pat’s angle?

I probably shouldn’t read too much into this, but we’re talking about Pat Robertson. I wonder if he’s hoping rehab emphasizing christian faith will replace overcrowded prisons where guys are converting to islam?
