It’s good to see them moving so quickly to try to address the problem, but it’s sad that it takes something so extreme for governments to realize how desperate the situations of some of their citizens are.

How scary that another person tried to do the same thing today. Kudos to the guard who tackled him and prevented it—that took no small amount of courage considering that, had his timing had been off even by a split second, he could’ve gone up in flames with the guy he was trying to save. *shudder*

Hopefully, the existence of this new team will head off any further attempts.
