Even I know that the ability to deny someone coverage because of a pre-existing condition (this woman’s issue) is now gone. Kids can also now stay on their parent’s insurance until 26. Both of those are huge.

And it helps states like Vermont and Montana pursue single-payer with waivers which the president is certainly open to.
