On the one hand it is a European look at those primitive Americans… yet it does hit home.

I’ve been thinking more about this lately, trying to form a better understanding of why it is such an important topic. This is leading me to the idea that the outward, social manifestation of inner, personal existential angst probably shapes more of our collective lives than I’ve appreciated before.
