There is a place in OBX NC that has a Gamefish Burrito and makes it work. Not soggy or anything. Can’t think of the place off the top of my head right now.

guess it would depend on the fish used. I could see it working with catfish nuggets or even tuna/wahoo but not the fish they usually use in tacos that tends to be lighter.
