Frivolous suits would be far, far less common if settlements were restricted in some way.
How about “Loser Pays”

lets say you take me to court for something frivolous (i.e ,, you’re Starbusks , and I name my dog grooming company Star Barks, as stated above)
The reason bigger companies do it sometimes is that they know the smaller one doesn’t have the $$$ to pay for lawyers, court fees, ect and count on the smaller companies giving in BEFORE going to trial

IF the loser had to pay ALL legal fees then that would stop some (if not all) of it
