In a place like say Chicago where CCW is non existent you have one kind of reaction. In Arizona where CCW is common the Police act differently.

I believe the guy who showed up on the scene had kept the gun at first in his pocket and a reporter asked him why he had done that and he replied that he was afraid the police might arrive seconds after him and think he was the shooter.
