Yeah, I remember North Face having some of that for hiking way back. And UA seems to target sports enthusiasts mainly, from the products I’ve seen online, but I can see people who work outdoors all the time, like Mr. BWS, using it also.
It’s useful in general for outdoor activities. I have some UA stuff in addition to REI or other outdoor company gear. Mainly for lightweight, quick dry, or it is good for “wicking” moisture, especially when hiking or bicycling.
