Anybody know more about what LVQ was talking about? It is an old political trick to attach “saving puppies” to something that they know the opposition will vote against to be able to say, “See! They voted against saving puppies!”.

Wondering if that was the same type of thing.

What was the back story?

I, for one, would like to see the entire bill that was voted on in this manner.
