The whole point of digital signatures is they are secure and can be verified.

Maybe we’re thinking of different things. I have an e-signature (is that what you call digital?) for my boss that I put on documents instead of me signing his name with my initials, but that wouldn’t fly for something that should be notarized. They have to watch you sign.
