When someone who says hateful things gets fired I prefer it be due to the chaotic firing of random neurons in their employer’s brain and not because of the employer’s rational sense of self interest brought about by external economic pressure.

Of course. If it were non-random firings, they would be caused by something. These causes would also be caused by something. And so ad infinitum. Where’s free will in the picture? Only chaotic decisions represent the true freedom!//
