re: #89 buzzsawmonkey
Thank you for the extensive feedback.
I understand the reality is his actions may represent a nefarious agenda. But as nefarious as they may be in intent, they are also incompetent when viewed in the interests of this country.
I also understand there is zero chance of a successful impeachment in the next four years. Yet, the American people need to fully understand and appreciate the vert dangerous path we have been place upon. A newly hired CEO who demonstrated their obvious incompetence for the job after a few months would be let go before he/she could do more damage. What he and the democrats in congress are doing, and threatening to do, is extremely damaging.
I am not looking for a quick fix, I am looking to slow them down a bit until the next election. I appreciate your thoughts, and upon reflection, I do understand how calling for “impeachment” could be used as a stick against those calling for it.
Perhaps it should be more along the lines of firing those in office rather than recalling/impeaching them. If the radicals in power start to feel sufficiently threatened by “firing” in 2010, then they may slow down and drift back toward the center; much like Clinton after 1994. How about something softer;
Vote them out in 2010, before they vote to spend again.
