Nah…I’ll jump in the car in the next hour, drive up to the city and bring my wife a change of clothes as she stayed with a friend last night, and then come home and blanket down for the day with hot tea.

All my doctor is going to do is give me antibiotics that soften my stool for seven days. Then again, maybe that isn’t such a bad idea. And my doctor works out of a little house in Half Moon Bay with a single secretary…he’s probably a couple of years from retirement, so keeps his schedule open. There’s never anyone in the waiting room. I call, they tell me to come in, and I’m out in ten minutes.

As far as Tahoe goes, if this storm turns colder, it’ll probably end up closing the roads anyway, so I can play that by ear…worst case, I take next Wednesday off and we drive up and do the set up on a week day.
