Hi {vxbush} - I don’t know if that language or even parts of it would make it into the compromise Senate/House version.
But I do agree with you that “What I found disturbing is the emotional manipulation evident in it. Caring Conversations begins by asking seniors to envision their ideal death and last day of life.” is just too much. What’ll they do if the seniors response to that question is “I can’t decide if I want to use a Mossburg or a Remington 12 gauge, but whichever, my last day of life includes ___ and the other ___ [kindly fill in your own blanks!].
The immorality of this entire idea is so strong that I honestly can’t see the American people buying into this bullshit. Not one bit of it.
