All this feigned righteous indignation over helping people circumvent the in-and-out rule is a little much, if you ask me.
I got called a con-man over and over again, and when I asked bagua to specify how, exactly, I qualify as a con-man, if I don’t charge anyone anything at any time, he disappears.
No, it’s not “legal.” But you know what the “punishment” is for violating it? You get a response from the SEC warning you against violating it again within a 90 day period. And if you violate it again? You get your account put on restriction for 90 days.
Not exactly robbing a bank. But if it help your argument that it somehow makes me a con-man, you do what you gotta do.
