re: #104 Maxwell Not So Smart

I did almost the same just instead of Windows 7 I decided to go with Linux OpenSuse 13.2.

Haven’t hit a Linux yet that will run Civ4, even under Wine. I’m waiting until someone gets it going in Win10.
