An acquaintance who hates Trump has confided he would vote for Trump over Bernie. I fear that there are many who share that view. Someone with a devoted base can sweep through the primaries when we are offered so many competitors.

Bernie’s not going to sweep through the primaries. I do worry though that Bernie would be a weak GE candidate tho.
