Exactly. He’s doing what he has to do to survive. The Fox news guy claiming he’s a traitor and should be killed to save us the trouble of a rescue is just beyond all taste and reason.

He should not seek to survive if his survival would entail concessions that would weaken the war effort. I really do believe that.
