I’m guessing the audience is atheists/agnostics who are too afraid of social ostracism to say they don’t believe, and in a larger sense to let the world know that not everyone does believe.

And yeah, we’re celebrating the solstice. As good a reason to bake cookies, give gifts and have parties as any other.

And then there’s Festivus!! (for the rest of us!) on December 23.
