Donald Trump launched a ballistic Sarah Palin at his foes; Ted Cruz counters with a Glenn Beck to the kneecaps. Marco Rubio’s only remaining chance may be to dig up Ronald Reagan’s skull, put a red rubber clown nose on it, and turn his campaign rallies into an extended ventriloquism act.
