Will Trump sign it? Will the Republican Senate actually pass it or override his veto? I wouldn’t count on that.

the republican senate will have to. if the House under Democrats sends a funding bill to them, and they then refuse to pass it, the shutdown will be on them and them alone. same thing if the house and senate pass it and the president vetoes it. it would be on trump alone, and I doubt his juvenile base will sit still long when the lack of government services actually starts to find them in their daily lives.
