how dare I have a meta-opinion on forums.
I mean who do I think I am?
I haven’t EARNED the exalted position of being allowed an opinion.

You can have all the opinions you want and you can freely state them. So can I.

My opinion, which I have a right to express, is that your appeal to authority does little here but inflate your ego.

See, I freely expressed my opinion.

Now, if you want to stop pretending you are the only person here with experience at other forums/blogs, then I have the right to change my stated opinion and to express the changes.
