Clarence Thomas is the laziest legal thinker I’ve had the displeasure of reading this semester. His dissent in the case over California’s violent video game law was utter shit that made me question if he even had any idea what the hell was going on. Even Scalia called him out on it in the footnotes of the SCOTUS opinion.

These are white conservatives’ ideal negroes: the more incompetent, the better. In their minds, it proves some kind of point, or something.
