Not getting a clear idea of how immediate the cell-phone video is. How long after the shooting was it, and the witnesses’ statements, made? Minutes, hours?

“An exclusive cell phone video captures their reactions during the moments just after the shooting.

“He had his f**n hands up,” one of the men says in the video.

The man told CNN he heard one gunshot, then another shot about 30 seconds later.”

Was the video shot moments after, or is it just describing their immediate reactions?

You can see a police officer in the background putting up police tape around the scene. It’s within minutes of the backup units responding and showing up.

The response by the worker is within minutes of witnessing the shooting.
