It’s quite likely the MO federal court will apply CA law and the anti-SLAPP provision there. The court in CA will likewise apply the anti-SLAPP provision.

Chucky will be 2 for 2 with anti-SLAPP suits. And knowing him, he’ll try for the trifecta. He really wants to lose everything he owns.

Make that everything his (alleged) wife owns.
