After Trumps injection of politics at the commissioning ceremony of USS Ford (CVN-78) I would almost expect Trump to begin appearing before the Military in uniform but, thank goodness, his hero Putin does not wear one. He might then look more elegant provided his tailors could find a Moo-Moo large enough to work with.
