Those guns were lost by the illegitimate presidency of Kenyan Marxist B. Hussein Obama. The other ones were differently placed by red-blooded Real American™ gun manufacturers, and only a gun-grabbing socialist would want to burden them with tyrannical regulations like inventory tracking anyway.
