The Star-Ledger’s editorial board is basically calling for his head on a platter if Wildstein has the goods:

Everyone involved is now going to go into CYA mode, and any weak enemies that Christie may have stomped on in his climb up the ladder are gonna be sharpening their knives.

How quickly we move from “I’ll take the fifth to protect my high school friend.” to “He said what about me? Fuck that douchebag. He knew and here’s the proof.”
