The UN gives aid to refugees living in Egypt under their UNRWA program. What’s going to happen to that money in the future? Maybe the better question is what happens to that money now? Typically, the refugees see little of it. Same goes for Jordan and the Israeli territories. I’ll give you 3 guesses what happens to it.

The question is, is that the UN’s fault of Egypt’s? Or both to some degree? And what can be done to fix this problem?
