Drudge was touting the record cold today in Kansas City, where the overnight temp was in the 50s. Let’s just ignore the severe storm outbreak over the Northeast that included several tornado reports (one down near AC, others being in upstate NY). Record heat across the West combined with drought conditions.

More weather extremes. And warmer polar temperatures than average.
