True. People pay attention to that kind of twaddle and ignore stuff like Göbekli Tepe, which is a genuinely amazing archeological find. The megaliths at that site have been dated back to 9500 BCE, which makes the Giza Pyramids or Stonehenge look like they were just built a few years back in comparison.

Sadly, we know nothing at all about the civilization that built that site, and more’s the pity.

We know they had a lot of spare calories and time on their hands.
