That’s the kind of thing Sanders talks about regularly, isn’t it? Kaine didn’t just talk about it, he did it.

The difference is that Kaine fought within the boundaries of the law and worked to make it happen. Sanders thinks if you hang enough bankers from lampposts, prosperity will flow and the weak will become the strong.
