She’s not the only liberal who can’t seem to accept trans people, unfortunately.

Or she’s referring to the fact that even after transition a person still has the chromosomes of the sex they were born into, and can never have the fully functioning body of the opposite sex.

Until John Varley’s biological vision is realized, anyway.
