Ok, we got given this huge assed ham by my dad & stepmother. Much bigger than we need but already showing some freezer burn. I’m letting it thaw over night and will need to do something with it tomorrow. My kneejerk thought is to coat it in brown sugar and bake it for four to five hours in a slow oven.

Any other ideas?
