We had to buy assorted junk in our comm shop every quarter to justify our budget so when we would have enough to cover annual replacements at other times of the year. They wouldn’t let us carry it over or save it.

Never mind, I’m going to step out of the “budget” part of this thread. I see things like lying about funds and spending and the such as plain wrong. But I am well aware that a lot of people spending tax money simply see this as part of the game.

I can’t deal with it, my problem, not anyone else.
