RCP has Clinton ahead by 6.3 even though they insist on using the idiotic outler LA Times poll which keeps polling the same people over and over for some reason.

The LA times poll is a Daily tracking poll. They are polling the same people over and over again so they can get a picture of how opinions are changing over time. It is a perfectly valid poll that provides useful information about trends. It just probably shouldn’t be in the RCP average.
