And by then, with deficits soaring into the stratosphere and a whopping new health coverage entitlement about to make even those numbers look tiny in comparison, the excuse will be ready-made - adding them to the legal populace will expand the tax base! So what was pitched as “free” health care, and then became a stone around the economy’s neck when it’s costs became apparent, will now be made “affordable” by taxing the newly naturalized workforce.
