I think Chuck C. Johnson missed his “show cause” hearing in Fresno today. Judging from his Facebook rants he’s in the Los Angeles area (shudder) and he was supposed to be in court at 10 am in Fresno to show cause why he shouldn’t be sanctioned for missing the previously scheduled case management conference.

He’s blowing off the lawsuit he filed in Fresno. Hopefully he’ll get a big fine.
