I’d actually be surprised if he really did follow through. I think he’s just talking out of his ass, hoping that the threat of legal action will serve to intimidate. One of these days, he’s gonna find himself on the other end of legal action, and oooohhh, how he’s gonna shriek bloody murder when that happens.
