This is an attempt to change the topic and talk about something else, with a typical dash of Leftist character assassination tossed in for good measure. The issue is Mr. Gladney’s beating, apparently by union thugs. His personal circumstances have no bearing on this matter, as far as I can see.

Very true. Moreover, the Kos and other people are suggesting he is faking his injuries and have even said that he was allegedly beaten (paraphrasing). You can see it on the tape.
