The notion that all overturning Roe will do is return the abortion issue to the states is bad faith posturing.

There will be a nationwide ban on abortion the next time the GOP secures the trifecta.

In fact, it will be their first item of business.

Nah, Mitch will bring it up for a vote, and then blame the filibuster when it fails. Abortion rights have too much support to outright get banned.
