re: #107 Dopamine Fish
Well, the fix is in: Kyle Rittenhouse’s attorneys have filed for a mistrial with prejudice, meaning that the prosecution could not re-file charges, on the basis of “prosecutorial overreach”. Apparently, they have a big mad that the prosecutor said things that caused the judge to yell at him, and so they’re wanting to get their client off scot-free. And you know the judge will agree.
Since the defendant will not have been found guilty, would they not be able to appeal that on the basis of Judicial Misconduct and then retry the little peckerwood?
