Did the video about the soldiers make it to national news? That’s what I’m looking at here, not the use of lies and doctored crap to make other people look back—that’s as old as time—but the access to big news that can blow up a nonstory into a national frenzy.

Besides which, he/she asked for examples and I gave them.
I was not aware at the time that we were looking for EXACT duplicates or anything remotely parallel to this particular situation. I suspect that would be hard to find as it would be non-existent. The question was, has it been done by the ultra-left? I gave a couple of examples where I thought it had.
